ACCOMMODATION

The total living area of each unit is 80 sq.m. and can ideally accommodate four guests. Two of the units are family units equipped with a sleeper couch for the fifth guest in the living room. Each bedroom is an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath/shower, furnished with very comfortable three-quarter beds. White linens and towels are provided. The living area is an open-plan concept.

The sitting area is furnished with a comfortable 3-seater/sleeper couch and 2 single comfy chairs, a coffee table, and a tv. The dining area has a dining table with chairs and a breakfast nook with bar chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, tea-coffee-making facilities, bread toaster, cutleries and crockery. The kitchen door leads to a private courtyard with an outside built-in braai/barbecue and picnic table with a bench.

Guests have access to automated garage parking and extra secure parking can be arranged.

The property is surrounded by a 2-metre-high, electrified wall for security. There is a security guard on site.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Long stays, minimum of 9 nights can qualify for 10% off.
