HOUSE RULES

Lua Ville provides accommodation as a Self Catering Establishment. Accordingly, the accommodation areas are “Low Noise Zones”. Low noise, which constitutes a nuisance to or disturbance of any guest of the other units, will not be tolerated. We therefore respectfully request that you abide by the following:

  • Under no circumstances are you allowed or permitted to host or start a party at your unit during your stay at Lua Ville;

  • Under no circumstances are you allowed or permitted to have overnight visitors at your unit. All your visitors must leave the premises by the end of the night;

  • Guest/visitors are not permitted to park inside the complex, in front of the main gate or in front of another units garage;

  • Please note each unit only has available space for one vehicle, any additional vehicles may be parked outside of each unit's garage at the guest's own risk

  • Noise in the form of loud music or overly loud talking at your unit will not be tolerated or permitted;

  • Fresh towels will be provided every 3 days

  • Linens and sheets can be changed on request after Day 3 of your stay

  • No drugs allowed

  • Any disruption whatsoever caused by excessive alcohol abuse will not be tolerated or permitted

  • No pets allowed

  • No cleaning of fish or vehicles on the premises will be permitted;

  • There is an inventory list in every unit. Please check upon arrival if the furnishings are in good order and all the equipment is intact. The same will be inspected by staff upon check-out. Thank you for your co-operation.

  • Your deposit will be refunded upon check-out after a staff member has completed their inspection and the unit is found to be in a reasonably tidy condition

  • Items belonging to each unit may NOT be removed from the premises.

  • Identification and REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of N$500.00 is required at the reception upon check-in.

Lua Ville reserves the right to forthwith cancel the accommodation or visitation agreement between the Establishment and any/or all guests who do not abide by the rules and regulations or to request from management to maintain an acceptable noise level. In such event, the said guest(s) will forfeit any deposit or amount paid for accommodation and will be expected to vacate the premises immediately.
