Deposit

A 100% confirmation deposit is required before a reservation can be secured. Should the confirmation

deposit not be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent to the guest and no other arrangement has been made with us in writing, we will, unfortunately, have to cancel the reservation until further notice.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the following rules shall apply:

  • 7 days to 48 hours - 50%

  • Less than 48 hours - no refund

Check-in and Check-out Times

All guests are kindly reminded that check-in time is 14H00 and check-out time is 10H00 unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Should the guest request the cleaning staff to change the sheets, Lua Ville, its owners, management and staff specifically accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage done to a guest's belongings.

Liability

All persons who enter Lua Ville, make use of the accommodation and all of the services provided by Lua Ville and do so entirely at their own risk. Lua Ville, its owners, management and staff specifically accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage sustained by guests or visitors as a result of accident, theft, injury and/or death, including theft of motor vehicles and belongings inside the motor vehicles.

Rules and Regulations

Lua Ville provides accommodation as a Self Catering Establishment. Accordingly, the accommodation areas are “Low Noise Zones”. Low noise, which constitutes a nuisance to or disturbance of any guest of the other units, will not be tolerated. We therefore respectfully request that you abide by the following:

      • Under no circumstances are you allowed or permitted to host or start a party at your unit during your stay at Lua Ville;

      • Under no circumstances are you allowed or permitted to have overnight visitors at your unit. All your visitors must leave the premises by the end of the night;

      • Guest/visitors are not permitted to park inside the complex, in front of the main gate or in front of another units garage;

      • Please note each unit only has available space for one vehicle, any additional vehicles may be parked outside of each unit's garage at the guest's own risk

      • Noise in the form of loud music or overly loud talking at your unit will not be tolerated or permitted;

      • Fresh towels will be provided every 3 days

      • No drugs allowed

      • Any disruption whatsoever caused by excessive alcohol abuse will not be tolerated or permitted

      • No pets allowed

      • No cleaning of fish or vehicles on the premises will be permitted;

      • There is an inventory list in every unit. Please check upon arrival if the furnishings are in good order and all the equipment is intact. The same will be inspected by staff upon check-out. Thank you for your co-operation.

      • Your deposit will be refunded upon check-out after a staff member has completed their inspection and the unit is found to be in a reasonably tidy condition

      • Items belonging to each unit may NOT be removed from the premises.

      • Identification and a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of N$500.00 is required at the reception upon check-in.

Lua Ville reserves the right to forthwith cancel the accommodation or visitation agreement between the Establishment and any/or all guests who do not abide by the rules and regulations or to request from management to maintain an acceptable noise level. In such event, the said guest(s) will forfeit any deposit or amount paid for accommodation and will be expected to vacate the premises immediately.


No Smoking Policy

Reception areas, accommodation units and garages are strictly no-smoking areas.


Smoking will only be permitted in the private courtyard of each unit.

Any guest contravening the aforementioned gives implied consent to the levying of a N$1,000.00 fine to their account and will not lodge any objection thereto. A guest that continues to disregard this policy will be asked to leave the premises.

Without prejudice to the aforementioned, the guest when accepting the Rules and Regulations of Lua Ville specifically accepts liability for any damage caused to persons or property through smoking in non-smoking areas, or through wilful or negligent action in designated smoking areas.
